IDF strikes Iran's largest petrochemical complex in Asaluyeh

The Israeli Air Force struck infrastructure at Iran's largest petrochemical complex in Asaluyeh, southern Iran, targeting facilities that produce chemical materials for the Iranian military. The site housed production infrastructure for materials used in manufacturing explosives and propellants for ballistic missiles and other weaponry. With this strike, the IDF has now hit Iran's two biggest petrochemical complexes, rendering over 85% of Iran's petrochemical export capacity inoperable. The military says the damage will disrupt the regime's ability to produce weapons intended to target Israel and other Middle Eastern countries.
