IDF 162nd Division Finds Weapons Cache in Underground Shaft in Southern Lebanon

Troops from the IDF's 162nd Division discovered a weapons cache in underground infrastructure in southern Lebanon, including explosives, rockets, an RPG launcher, and grenades. A terrorist emerging from the shaft was eliminated in close-quarters combat. The 215th Fire Brigade eliminated over 70 terrorists, including a cell planning mortar attacks on Israeli forces. The Israeli Air Force struck a structure housing two Hezbollah terrorists, directed by ground troops. Forces also dismantled anti-tank positions, observation posts, and command centers, while the Nahal Brigade located additional weapons and dismantled dozens of terrorist infrastructures.
