Iranian Revolutionary Guards threaten to close Strait of Hormuz over US naval blockade

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced the Strait of Hormuz will be closed starting this evening until the U.S. naval blockade is lifted. The Guards dismissed Trump's statements as "worthless" and instructed vessels to follow only reports from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards navy. The Strait of Hormuz is a critical waterway through which significant global oil shipments pass.
