IDF eliminates over 20 Hezbollah terrorists in pre-ceasefire operation in southern Lebanon

IDF troops conducted a major operation in the Dibbin area of southern Lebanon, approximately 12 kilometers inside Lebanese territory, in the hours before the ceasefire agreement took effect. Forces from the 91st Division, supported by the Israeli Air Force, struck over 70 targets and eliminated more than 20 terrorists in close-quarters combat and airstrikes. The operation targeted a Hezbollah compound where intelligence indicated terrorist activity and planned attacks against IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians. The IDF stated it will continue operating to remove threats and strengthen defenses in southern Lebanon.
