IDF releases footage alleging Hezbollah's unlawful use of ambulances

The IDF has released new footage alleging that Hezbollah systematically uses ambulances and medical facilities to conceal terrorist activity and transport weapons and operatives. During searches in the Qantara area this week, Golani troops found an ambulance containing explosive devices, mortar shells, magazines, and a grenade. In another incident, 7th Brigade troops encountered a Hezbollah operative carrying an RPG near an ambulance; after eliminating the terrorist, weapons were found inside the vehicle. Additional footage shows unharmed Hezbollah operatives fleeing IDF strikes and being collected by ambulances while lying on stretchers in body bags. The IDF states this constitutes evidence of exploiting the protected status of medical vehicles under international law.
