IPS Commissioner alleges investigator had relationship with witness against him

IPS Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi has informed the Attorney General that an investigator who examined him in a case had an intimate relationship with a witness who testified against him. Yaakobi raised the allegations during a hearing and sent a letter, but says no action has been taken more than a week later.
