Iranian presidential advisor denies resignation reports about President Pezeshkian
Mahdi Tabatabaei, communications advisor to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, denied reports by Iran International claiming the president asked to resign. Tabatabaei called the reports "untrustworthy" and part of "ridiculous propaganda games," stating they "publish their wishes instead of reality." He said President Pezeshkian "will not retreat from his service to the people, just as the Iranian people will not retreat from the path of unity and steadfastness."
