IDF Chief of Staff announces strengthening of Israeli Navy as strategic arm

IDF Chief of General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir visited the Israeli Navy's Haifa Base and announced the acceleration of plans to strengthen the Navy as a long-range strategic arm. During the visit with Navy Commander MG Eyal Harel, Zamir stated that the Navy is working to reinforce Israel's security across all combat arenas, including operations that cannot yet be disclosed. He emphasized the Navy's role in striking enemies and reshaping the Middle East. Zamir declared that the IDF is prepared to immediately resume combat operations against Iran, with the Navy playing a decisive role in striking the Iranian regime.
