UTJ chairman condemns violence while supporting Torah scholars

United Torah Judaism chairman MK Yitzhak Goldknopf condemned violence within the ultra-Orthodox community, stating it "has no place in our community, contradicts the Torah's teachings, and harms the just struggle to save the world of Torah." Goldknopf expressed full support for Torah scholars whose "honor and status have been trampled by the current government and who are expressing their pain."
