Australian hero who stopped Bondi Beach attacker faces assault charges

Ahmad Alahmad, who was praised and received financial rewards for neutralizing an armed terrorist during the deadly attack on the Jewish community at Bondi Beach, has been charged with assault, harassment, and threats following an alleged incident involving his father. Alahmad denies the charges and is scheduled to stand trial on June 29.
