IDF eliminates two Hamas operatives in northern Gaza Strip
The IDF struck targets in northern Gaza Strip over the weekend, killing two Hamas operatives. Ahmad Munir Khalil Zaza, engineering officer of Hamas West Jabalia Battalion, was eliminated in one strike. He was involved in weapons production and distribution, and recently attempted to place explosive devices near the Yellow Line to target IDF troops. In a second strike, the IDF killed Hussein Safadi, commander of Hamas' sniper array in Gaza City. Safadi directed sniper attacks against IDF forces throughout the war and allegedly violated the ceasefire agreement by training terrorists and planning additional attacks. The IDF said it took steps to mitigate civilian harm, including using precise munitions and aerial surveillance.
