Rothman splits Attorney General legislation due to time constraints

Constitution Committee Chairman Simcha Rothman is dividing legislation on the Attorney General's role due to lack of time. The current portion includes allowing the government separate representation in the Supreme Court, preventing the Attorney General from arguing cases, enabling the government to reject legal advisor opinions, and strengthening Justice Minister oversight of the Attorney General. Other provisions have been postponed.
