IDF Chief of Staff Vows to Continue Gaza Operations After Rules of Engagement Tightened

IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi toured the Gaza Strip following the tightening of rules of engagement and stated that Hamas has been significantly weakened. "We will continue operating to eliminate threats. We will not relent until we hold accountable everyone who played a part in the massacre—sooner or later," Halevi said during the tour.
