IDF eliminates Hamas Jabaliya Battalion commander in northern Gaza strike

The IDF and ISA struck overnight Monday in northern Gaza, killing Ahmad Batash, commander of Hamas' Jabaliya Battalion in the Northern Gaza Brigade. Batash managed and organized weapons for the Northern Gaza Brigade and coordinated the supply of weapons and military equipment to Hamas operatives. The IDF stated he recently advanced terrorist attacks targeting Israeli troops and civilians and worked to restore Hamas' capabilities in systematic violation of the ceasefire. Precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm.
