UPDATE: Israeli Minister Eli Cohen Meets Chabad Emissary in Albania

During his diplomatic visit to Albania, Israeli Minister Eli Cohen met with Rabbi Yoel Kaplan, the country’s Chief Rabbi and Chabad emissary. Minister Cohen thanked him for his dedicated service, saying he is always moved by the unconditional love for Israel and outreach that Chabad emissaries show to every Jew around the world.
