US military kills ISIS deputy leader in Nigeria operation

President Trump announced that the U.S. military eliminated Abu Bilal al-Munakhi, the deputy leader of ISIS, in a military operation in Nigeria. Trump stated the target "thought he could hide in Africa" and thanked the Nigerian government for its assistance in the mission.
