Yisrael Beiteinu rules out Netanyahu from next government

Yisrael Beiteinu party declares it will form only a Zionist coalition based on specific conditions including universal conscription, a state commission of inquiry into the October 7 massacre, adoption of a constitution, and limiting prime ministers to two terms. The party states Netanyahu refuses these conditions and therefore has no place in the next government.
