Prepping for an Attack from Iran

Israeli hospitals have been placed on high procedural alert for a rapid shift to emergency mode as the U.S. weighs military strikes and Iran launches a psychological cyber campaign against Israeli citizens.

The shadow of a looming regional war has grown significantly darker as the Israeli Ministry of Health issued a sudden procedural reminder to all hospitals on how to transition instantly to emergency operations. While the Ministry officially maintains that there is no immediate change to the current situation assessment, the directive comes as Israeli security services raise their alert levels in anticipation of a potential United States strike on the Iranian regime. This administrative shift is rooted in hard lessons learned during the 12 day war and Operation Am Kalavi, which proved that medical facilities must be able to pivot to crisis mode without a moment's delay once an official order is given. Currently, the healthcare system remains at Alert Level B, but the move signaled to the public that the government is preparing for every possible contingency.

At the same time, the psychological war between Tehran and Jerusalem has reached the private devices of Israeli citizens. Many residents reported receiving cryptic and threatening SMS messages, believed to be the work of Iranian cyber units, warning that the "midnight sky will shine" with "meteors that are not meteors" accompanied by "terrifying sounds." This digital intimidation coincides with a massive wave of anti-government protests planned across Iran tonight, even as the regime attempts to project strength. Ali Larijani, the chief of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, dismissed the rising threats from Washington, stating that President Trump "talks too much" and should not be taken seriously. Larijani claimed that the presence of Iranians in the streets actually shows a readiness to "settle the scores" with both America and Israel.

Despite the public bravado, there are signs of frantic diplomatic activity behind the scenes. Reports have surfaced that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has opened a direct channel with White House envoy Steve Witkoff in an attempt to de-escalate the situation or buy more time. This outreach follows Trump’s explicit threats to use military force to support the Iranian protesters. While Tehran summons European envoys to protest their support for the uprising, the European Parliament has taken the radical step of banning all Iranian diplomatic staff from its premises. As the U.S. State Department confirms that the President is considering a series of "strong options," the Netanyahu government has been ordered to maintain a strict media silence regarding any potential intervention, keeping the region in a state of agonizing suspense.
