Hamas attacks UN workers, then cries about Israel blowing up APC's in Gaza
Hamas gunmen allegedly opened fire on UN aid teams in southern Gaza, seizing vehicles and blocking a new aid corridor, as the group simultaneously accused Israel of deploying explosive APCs.

Hamas gunmen opened fire on United Nations teams working to establish a new humanitarian aid corridor in southern Gaza over the weekend, according to Israel’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT). The incident occurred as UN personnel attempted to open a route for aid trucks from the Kerem Shalom Crossing to an Israeli-designated "humanitarian zone" in the Gaza Strip.
COGAT reported that UN representatives informed them that "armed Hamas terrorists threatened and deliberately fired at a UN team operating at the site and forced them out of the work area." The attackers also allegedly seized UN vehicles and used them to create a sand barrier, obstructing the route to prevent future aid truck movements into the humanitarian zone. The attack disrupts efforts to deliver critical supplies amid ongoing conflict in the region. No injuries were reported, and Hamas has not issued a statement regarding the incident.
In an ironic complaint, Hamas accused Israel of committing “war crimes” through the deployment of explosive-laden armored personnel carriers (APCs) in Gaza, claiming the tactic has caused widespread destruction in residential neighborhoods.
In a statement, the group said:
The booby-trapped APCs, described as “weapons of mass destruction,” are destroying entire districts and constitute “a full-scale campaign of ethnic cleansing.”
Human rights and humanitarian organizations have allegedly documented the detonation of some 120 vehicles packed with hundreds of tons of explosives in Gaza City neighborhoods over the course of a single week, calling it “an unprecedented crime scene in human history.”
Hamas called on the international community, Arab and Islamic states, and United Nations bodies to take immediate action “to stop the crimes of the occupation” and to pursue accountability against those it labeled “war criminals.”
The IDF has not commented on the claims.
