Watch: Newly deployed IDF brigades train for warfare in the south

Two brigades, newly transferred to the south to operate under the 99th Division in defensive and offensive roles, are training hard for upcoming operations.

Two IDF reserve brigades - Carmeli and Yiftah - which have been serving in the north, have been transferred south to serve in offensive and defensive operations in and around the Gaza Strip.

As part of the efforts to prepare them for this mission, they have been instructed in the lessons the IDF has learned from the war so far, as well as practicing urban warfare in specially designed training areas.
