Hamas handed down a highly detailed operational order for the October 7th massacre to its brigade and battalion commanders two weeks beforehand on September 23, according to Kann reporter Ayala Hasson's broadcast today (Sunday).

According to Hasson, the document, which was found in a terror tunnel following the IDF offensive into the Gaza Strip, was planned "from the smallest detail to the largest," and was based on careful planning and geographical distance, ensuring that each Hamas territorial unit be sent to the targets nearest it.

The document details the offensive as it happened: a large, unprecedented rocket barrage meant to scramble and blind IDF electronic intelligence, paragliders serving as the advance guard to attack and disrupt any response, and finally - a ground offensive.

The ground offensive would be led by a wave of Nukhba force terrorists, then regular Hamas forces, and then "volunteer civilians," confirming the presence and terrorist actions of ordinary civilians in the attack, as was documented by video footage taken during October 7 and evidence collected afterward.

Hasson said that the fingerprints of Mohammad Deif - the slain Hamas military chief - were all over the document, not Sinwar, who ordered the attack but did not provide input on that level of detail. Deif, according to this document, was the brains and mastermind behind the attack and the massacre.

Hasson noted that although this document was read by over 25 people, no-one in Israeli intelligence - not the Shin Bet, IDF intelligence, or its fabled 8200 electronic surveillance unit - got wind of it or heard of even a "smidgen" of it.

The government is set to begin discussing forming a commission of inquiry to investigate the failure to identify the October 7 attack and to stop it before it led to Hamas and their allies killing over 1,000 Israelis and kidnapping over 200 hostages. Stories like this will undoubtedly figure in any such inquiry.
