Undercover Border Police operatives carried out an arrest operation Wednesday night in the village of Kalil in the Samaria Brigade sector, directed by the Shin Bet.
The forces entered the village covertly and moved to apprehend a wanted Fatah operative suspected of advancing terrorist activity against Israeli security forces.
After reaching the compound where the suspect was located, the undercover unit sealed off the building and implemented a "pressure cooker" protocol, a containment procedure designed to compel surrender without direct confrontation. He then exited the structure and turned himself over to the operatives.
The suspect was taken into custody and transferred to the Shin Bet for further handling and interrogation.
