The UN Security Council will convene for an emergency meeting tonight at 10 PM Israel time (Friday) to discuss the developments regarding Operation Rising Lion, at Iran's request. Iran and Israel's ambassadors will be present.

Iran openly condemned the series of strikes and assassinations on multiple forums, saying they have the right to defend themselves and that if they do not strike back, Israel will continue its "agression."

Thus far, only dozens of drones have been sent to strike Israel, all of which were intercepted. Not a single ballistic missile has been fired, though Israel expects such a massive strike to come soon.

Most countries have not condemned Israel's strike and have instead insisted on calm, deescalation, and diplomacy.
