In the Likud party, on Wednesday, they criticized former Mossad chief Tamir Pardo for his statement that "Israel conducts an apartheid regime." In a statement released by the party, it was stated: "He [Pardo] speaks against Israel; he should be ashamed."
As reported today (Wednesday), former Mossad chief Tamir Pardo was interviewed by the American news agency AP and made harsh statements against the State of Israel. Pardo expressed his views on Israel's actions in the Judea and Samaria territories, alleging that it conducts an apartheid regime. During the interview, he declined to answer whether he held these opinions while serving in his role but mentioned that he had warned Prime Minister Netanyahu several times about the matter. He argued that this conduct is more dangerous than the Iranian nuclear threat, which, according to Netanyahu, is the greatest existential threat.
