Is There a Leftist-Arab alliance? Arabs Murder Religious Jews and Leftist Judges Look the Other Way
As a surge of car-ramming attacks claims the lives of Haredi youths and IDF veterans, a fierce debate is erupting over judges who release suspects to house arrest. Critics warn of a "Ramming Intifada" fueled by judicial bias, where Arab drivers use vehicles as weapons while courts protect a "peaceful narrative" over Jewish lives.

A wave of fatal car-ramming incidents targeting religious Jews and protesters has ignited a firestorm of criticism against Israel’s judicial system. From the tragic death of 14-year-old Yosef Eisental in Jerusalem to the recent killing of 16-year-old Naftali Zvi Kramer near Kiryat Gat, a pattern is emerging that many observers call a "Ramming Intifada."
On January 7, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "Israel Police are charging Fakhri Khatib, the bus driver who fatally rammed 14-year-old Yosef Eisental during a haredi protest in Jerusalem, with aggravated murder."
Times of Israel reported "Court orders bus driver who ran over Haredi teen during protest released to house arrest..."
Why did Judges repeatedly rule that the bus drivers who murder Jews be released to house arrest?
It seems there is a leftist-Arab allyiance to murder religious Jews through car ramming attacks. Arabs murder religious Jews and leftist judges look the other way.
These judges should be arrested for protecting a narrative rather than the truth. The wave of ramming attacks is the leftist judges' fault.
On January 20,2026 Arutz 7 reported "A haredi youth has died after being struck by a bus at the entrance to Komemiyut this afternoon (Tuesday) while returning from a protest against a plan to perform autopsies on infants who died at a daycare center, Zaka reported...An initial investigation indicates that the boy was walking with his friends on the side of the road as they returned from the protest, and for a reason that has not yet been determined, the bus hit him...This is the second time a haredi protester was run over during a demonstration today. Earlier, another haredi protester was run over during a protest in Jerusalem..."
Times of Israel posted a video of the event "...In video, passengers heard expressing concern, vehicle moving too fast given the large number of people wandering in road near Komemiyut; second such fatal incident this month..."
On January 21, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "The Ashkelon Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday ordered the release to house arrest of the driver suspected of fatally striking 16-year-old haredi youth Naftali Zvi Kramer at Aluma Junction near Kiryat Gat. Police immediately appealed the ruling, and the court issued a 24-hour stay. As a result, the suspect will remain in custody pending the appeal.
"The driver is suspected of causing death by negligence, among other offenses. During questioning, he told investigators that he did not see the teenager before the collision. Addressing the question of public danger, a police representative told the court, “Instead of accelerating toward a crowd of people, one should brake. That is the proper course of action."
"Judge Yariv Ben David ruled that the bus driver be released to full house arrest under supervision and restrictive conditions. In his decision, the judge described the incident as tragic but cited several mitigating factors, including the circumstances revealed in the investigation, video evidence presented to the court, the driver’s cooperation with authorities, the fact that he stopped the bus after the impact, and his lack of a criminal record. "
According to leftist Israeli judges the first Jew that Arabs kill is for free. Arab drivers who murder Jews will not go to jail for the first Jew they murder because they "lack criminal record". Only after they murder the second Jew they can get in trouble.
On January 21, 2026 Arutz 7 reported "A protester was hit by a car this evening (Wednesday) during a protest by IDF veterans near the Chords Bridge in Jerusalem."
On July 24, 2025 Arutz 7 reported "Eight people were injured Thursday morning in a ramming attack at a bus stop near the entrance of Kfar Yona in central Israel..."
On October 27, 2024 Arutz 7 reported "One murdered, 35 injured in ramming attack in northern Tel Aviv: Dozens of pedestrians waiting at bus stop near the Cinema City in Glilot in the Tel Aviv area run over by truck in possible terrorist attack..."
On August 8, 2022 Arutz 7 reported "The Palestinian Arab driver involved in the deadly collision in which six-year-old Matan Zinman was killed was questioned last week on suspicion of causing death through negligence, driving on the wrong side of the road, and reckless driving. Kan News reported that she has been released on bail.
"Young Matan was killed in a collision in Binyamin two weeks ago. His mother, Rivka Zinman, and four siblings were all evacuated for treatment at hospitals in Jerusalem. Matan arrived at the hospital in critical condition. Doctors fought for hours to save his life, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Matan's ten-year-old brother was seriously injured, his 12-year-old sister was moderately injured, and his mother and six-month old baby brother were lightly injured.
"Rivka Zinman has said that the collision was no accident but a deliberate attack. "We were driving on Highway 60 to a family gathering in Ariel. Suddenly a white Palestinian car emerged from the opposite lane and sped in front of me. I slowed down but the Palestinian car sped up. I realized it was going to hit me head-on and I was unable to stop. The collision was at an enormous speed. I lost my Matan to Arab terrorism on the road," the bereaved mother said while still in the hospital..."
On May 18, 2023 Israel's Ministry of Foreign affairs reported:

Why did Judges repeatedly rule that the bus drivers who murder Jews be released to house arrest? These judges should be arrested for protecting a narrative rather than the truth. The wave of ramming attacks is the leftist judges fault.
The ramming intifada must stop.
Is it safe for Jews to walk on the streets? Arabs turned their cars into weapons, the streets into warzones. Judges who release murderers should be arrested for protecting a narrative rather than the truth.
Arabs control the roads in Israel and impose apartheid against the Jews by condemning Jews who dare go out to death through car ramming attacks. Leftist judges let them walk to protect the narrative that Israeli Arabs are not terrorists.
The ramming intifada must stop. The carnage must stop.
