Iran Claims Strikes on US Targets Across 6 Gulf Countries

Iran has attacked targets in 6 countries across the Persian Gulf region and claimed responsibility for strikes in 5 of them, according to statements from the Iranian army and Revolutionary Guards. Iran claimed responsibility for retaliatory strikes against American targets in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Oman. Targets included the "Al-Amir Hassan" base in Jordan, a Patriot battery, and ammunition depots. The United Arab Emirates confirmed it was also attacked, though Iran has not claimed responsibility for that strike. Saudi Arabia was not targeted in the operation.
