Ireland has already announced it will continue its boycott this year. But not all the boycotting nations are maintaining that stance. The Netherlands announced Wednesday that it will send a representative to the Eurovision contest, reversing its absence from last year's competition.
Whether Slovenia, Iceland, and Spain will make similar moves remains to be seen in the coming days.
