California woman charged with spying on Taiwan president's son for China

Wanying Zhang, 34, of Irvine, California, has been charged with acting as an unregistered foreign agent after allegedly conducting surveillance on the son of Taiwan's president on behalf of Chinese officials. The FBI arrested Zhang at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday as she was preparing to board a flight to China.
