The Jerusalem District Court has ruled that prosecutors lack evidence to support charges against Agam Tzarfi and Shilat Chuta in the murder case of Binyahu Razi z"l, who was killed in Jerusalem's Nachlaot neighborhood.
According to the original indictment filed against seven defendants in the case, Chuta and Tzarfi had rented an apartment for the weekend together with Razi z"l and his friend. After several days, the two women claimed the men had been violent toward them and left for the apartment of Linor Sasson, whom they had not previously known.
At Sasson's apartment, the group began preparing for a violent confrontation, arming themselves with bats, knives and a sharpened hammer. The investigation found that Tzarfi watched the attack unfold in real time via a live video call, and was seen smiling during parts of the assault.
