Eisenkot accuses Netanyahu and Likud of attacking Israeli democracy after election defeat

Gadi Eisenkot, Chairman of the Yashar! with Eisenkot Party, accused Likud and Netanyahu of waging a destructive campaign to delegitimize the election results and the Central Elections Committee. He described it as a direct attack on Israeli democracy and warned of the danger of Netanyahu remaining in power. Eisenkot said the attack reflects the magnitude of their defeat, adding that "those days are over" for those who acted without limits. He vowed that neither he nor his partners would be intimidated in their pursuit of change.
