Israeli social media influencer Agam Buhbut and her partner Bar Brimer announced their engagement after five years together. The proposal took place during a vacation in Greece, where Brimer got down on one knee aboard a yacht. The couple shared the news with their followers on social media.
Since the announcement, Buhbut's engagement ring has attracted considerable attention online, prompting a jewelry expert to analyze and evaluate the piece.
According to Leroy Chaim, founder and creative director of jewelry brand Belliu, who examined the ring in a video he posted, the centerpiece is a cushion-cut diamond weighing approximately 2.5 carats.
Based on the ring's appearance, Chaim estimated that the diamond is of exceptionally high color and clarity grades—two factors that significantly influence a diamond's value.
Chaim's professional assessment places the value of Buhbut's engagement ring at no less than 100,000 shekels, equivalent to approximately $27,000.
