The assassination of Yanis Yoshvayev, described as a leader of the Caucasian mafia in Israel, occurred yesterday afternoon at a gas station near the Caesarea interchange, displaying an unusual level of planning and execution. Security camera footage circulated on social media shows the assailant waiting outside the location, identifying the precise moment when Yoshvayev exited accompanied by two associates.
The video reveals the gunman walking past the group as if arriving by chance, then turning back as Yoshvayev's back was turned, drawing his weapon and firing at point-blank range to the head. Afterward, he walked back down the stairs in a calm, measured manner, showing no signs of panic or hurried escape.
