A Petah Tikva Magistrate Court judge on Monday ordered the release of five out of seven suspects to full house arrest until Thursday, August 27 at 2:00 PM in the case surrounding the death of Alder Yitzhak Dayan.
The decision follows a report from the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute stating that the cause of death cannot be determined.
As conditions of their release, the suspects are prohibited from contacting anyone involved in the case for 30 days and must report for police questioning whenever required. A separate hearing for the two remaining suspects, who were friends of Dayan, is expected to begin shortly.
