Hamas Internal Security chief Moein al-Arabid captured in Gaza City operation

Gazan sources identify the detainee from this morning's operation in Gaza City as Moein al-Arabid, commander of Hamas' Internal Security Apparatus. His wife, Umm Mohammad, who was wounded during the operation, has died from her injuries. The identification confirms earlier reports by Defense Minister Katz of the apprehension of a senior Hamas terrorist.
