IAEA Confirms Destruction of Two Iranian Centrifuge Production Facilities Near Tehran
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed that two key Iranian centrifuge production facilities, the TESA Karaj workshop and the Tehran Research Center, were hit by recent Israeli military strikes. At the Tehran site, one building used for manufacturing and testing advanced centrifuge rotors was struck. In Karaj, two buildings producing various centrifuge components were destroyed. Both facilities were previously monitored under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The IAEA continues to monitor the situation, with no reported changes in off-site radiation levels. Further updates are expected as the agency assesses the full extent of the damage.
