President Donald Trump has leveled an explosive accusation against his political opponents, claiming that the assassination attempt on his life during a 2024 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, was carried out with the knowledge and tacit approval of Democratic leadership and the Biden White House.
Speaking with reporters, Trump described the dramatic incident in which a lone gunman opened fire on him during the rally, with one bullet grazing his ear and missing his brain by mere millimeters. The president now asserts that Democrats were aware of the threat beforehand.
"Everyone knows that Joe Biden's corrupt FBI didn't act the way it should have regarding the lunatic who shot me," Trump stated.
The president went further, claiming that new evidence has emerged pointing to full awareness at the highest levels. "Brand new information has just been found, they knew he would be there! Why didn't they see him earlier?" Trump said.
