Nearly three years after the October 7 massacre, a young man from Gaza is already openly discussing the next attack on Israel, and security officials should be paying attention.
During a live TikTok broadcast, Kikar HaShabbat correspondent Moshe Aryeh spoke with a young Gazan who issued explicit threats of another large-scale terrorist assault against Israel. "We'll make you a new October 7," the man declared. According to him, the next attack will come from Judea and Samaria rather than Gaza.
As the conversation continued, the threats escalated. The Gazan spoke about kidnapping Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and told Aryeh that his personal dream was to reach Israel and kidnap the journalist himself.
The young man went on to claim that he personally participated in the kidnapping of an Israeli woman to Gaza during the October 7 massacre. During the broadcast, he also displayed video footage of Hamas terrorists infiltrating Israeli territory.
When asked about Hamas and the level of support for the terror organization in the Strip, he didn't hesitate: "All the guys in Gaza, we're all Hamas," he responded.
The disturbing statements were made openly during a live broadcast. Nearly three years after October 7, this young Gazan wasn't speaking about peace or coexistence. He was speaking about another massacre, about kidnapping Israelis, and about targeting Israel's prime minister.
While Israel's security establishment continues to contend with the threat from Gaza, his words highlighted another front that should concern Israeli officials: Judea and Samaria.
