IDF and ISA eliminate Hamas Nukhba commander who participated in October 7 attack

The IDF and ISA killed Ibrahim Mustafa Suleiman Abu Oweimer, a Nukhba platoon commander in Hamas' military wing, in an airstrike in the Nuseirat area of central Gaza Strip over the weekend. Abu Oweimer infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre and recently advanced attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians while working to restore Hamas' capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. The terrorist was eliminated in an aerial strike using precise munitions and aerial surveillance to mitigate civilian harm. IDF troops under Southern Command remain deployed in the area and will continue operating to remove immediate threats.
