Iran and Oman agree on safe transit routes through Strait of Hormuz

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei announced that Tehran and Oman have reached an agreement on restoring security to the Strait of Hormuz. The two coastal states agreed on geographical coordinates for safe transit routes and on how the agreement will be presented internationally, according to Baqaei.
