Iran's military says Strait of Hormuz under strategic control, will remain closed until conditions met

Iran's military spokesman stated that the Strait of Hormuz is currently under the strategic control of Iran's armed forces and will not be opened until Iran's conditions are fully met. The spokesman also addressed what he described as enemy objectives, saying "The enemy first set as a goal the destruction of Iran's nuclear and missile capabilities, then sought to destroy the resistance front and overthrow the regime of the Islamic Republic, and finally openly announced the dismemberment of Iran and the destruction of Iranian civilization."
