Israeli President's helicopter makes emergency landing after bird strike
An IDF helicopter carrying the President of Israel made an emergency landing at an Israeli Air Force base in central Israel on Thursday after striking a bird during a routine flight. No injuries or damage were reported. Following standard procedure, the flight crew transferred to another helicopter and continued the flight. The affected helicopter was sent to technical personnel for maintenance before returning to operational service. The incident is under review.
