Israeli security forces arrest 18 suspects in enforcement operation near Salfit

Security forces carried out an enforcement operation targeting illegal structures in a closed military zone near Salfit, where Israeli civilians have repeatedly engaged in violent and illegal activities. Israeli rioters from the outpost set tires ablaze and erected roadblocks on main roads to obstruct the operation, blocking routes throughout the morning and disrupting residents' daily lives. Dozens of rioters physically and verbally assaulted security forces during the operation. Authorities apprehended 18 suspects for assaulting and obstructing personnel and seized several vehicles. Incendiary materials, assault weapons, and pepper spray were discovered in one vehicle. The suspects were transferred to Judea and Samaria district police for investigation.
