Israeli UAV strike kills two in southern Lebanon village
An Israeli drone strike killed two people in the village of Roummane in southern Lebanon on Tuesday afternoon. The victims were identified as Ahmad and Mahmoud Asili, both residents of Siksakiya. The strike occurred at 16:30 local time, hitting their vehicle in the Duhat Kfar Roummane area near Ali al-Taher. Hezbollah issued a statement claiming the victims were civilians checking their homes and calling the strike "a blatant violation of the ceasefire." The group stated it was the second such incident in less than 48 hours targeting Lebanese civilians.
