Jewish man injured by stone-throwing near Deir Abu Mash'al during olive harvest clashes
A young Jewish man sustained a head injury from stone-throwing near the village of Deir Abu Mash'al, close to Nili and Ofarim. The incident occurred as hundreds of Arabs, foreign pro-Palestinian left-wing activists, and Israelis (some masked) gathered in the area for "olive harvest" activities. IDF forces arrived and dispersed the Arabs and pro-Palestinian activists using rubber bullets and tear gas, causing them to return to Deir Abu Mash'al. Palestinians report that Gazan journalist Issam al-Rimawi was injured in the thigh by rubber bullet fire.
