A new political survey conducted by Lazar Research, headed by Dr. Menachem Lazar in partnership with Panel4ALL and published in Maariv newspaper, shows significant shifts in Israel's parliamentary landscape following the formal entry of Ofer Winter into the political arena and the merger of three Arab parties.
According to the poll results, Winter's new "Amcha Yisrael" (Your People Israel) party would secure 5 seats in the Knesset, Israel's 120-seat parliament. However, his entry creates internal complications for the governing coalition. Most notably, the Religious Zionism party led by Bezalel Smotrich drops below the 3.25% electoral threshold, polling at just 3%.
The full seat distribution shows: Yesh Atid (led by Yair Lapid) with 25 seats, Likud with 20, Yachad with 15, The Democrats with 10, Yisrael Beiteinu with 9, Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) with 8, United Torah Judaism with 8, the merged Hadash-Ta'al-Balad list with 8, Shas with 7, Amcha Yisrael with 5, and Ra'am with 5.
The survey indicates that without Winter's party, Netanyahu's coalition bloc stands at 43 mandates—well short of the 61 needed to form a government. Even with Winter's support, the coalition would reach only 48 seats. Meanwhile, the Zionist opposition bloc would hold 59 mandates, down one seat from previous polls.
The unified Arab list of Hadash, Ta'al and Balad would earn 8 seats, and together with Ra'am party leader Mansour Abbas's 5 mandates, Arab parties would collectively hold 13 seats in the Knesset.
