According to police reports, Kinan was spotted around 6:00 PM near Gai Beach in Tiberias, heading toward the city of Tzfat (Safed). Since that sighting, there has been no trace of him. His family describes the situation as deeply distressing, and police have launched extensive search operations across the region.
Overnight reports from Chabad information networks indicated that volunteers from multiple organizations, including Yedidim, ZAKA, and other emergency response groups, have been conducting searches based on various leads throughout the Tiberias area and the broader northern region. Despite these efforts, no new developments have emerged. Police have released a detailed description: Kinan is of medium build, approximately 5'9" (1.74 meters) tall, with black hair and a beard, and brown eyes. When he disappeared, he was wearing a black suit with a white shirt and a black fedora-style hat. He was carrying a black backpack and a dark brown tefillin bag.
