Israeli actor and musician Shuli Rand and his first wife, Michal Rand, appeared together Tuesday at a rabbinical court to finalize their divorce after years of public and legal conflict. The two were photographed entering the court building together, according to Israeli media outlet TMI.
The court appearance marks the formal conclusion of a lengthy and complex chapter for the former couple, who were married for decades and raised seven children together. In recent years, their relationship deteriorated into a highly publicized dispute involving serious allegations from both sides.
The case drew significant public attention after Rand married Tzofit Grant in 2021 under a halachic permit (Jewish legal permission) obtained from rabbis, even though his divorce from Michal had not yet been finalized. Since then, the conflict between the parties has continued, with Grant herself frequently finding herself at the center of public criticism.
