Syria Foils Grad Rocket Shipment to Lebanon Near Homs, Driver Arrested

Syrian security forces intercepted a shipment of Grad rockets destined for Lebanon in the Tal Kalakh area near Homs. The driver was apprehended and is currently undergoing interrogation, according to local media reports.
