Rosatom Evacuates Workers From Iran's Bushehr Reactor Amid Rising Tensions

Head of Russia’s nuclear agency Rosatom, Alexei Likhachov, confirmed that Russian employees on assignment at the Bushehr nuclear reactor have been evacuated and have left Iran. He added that Russia is weighing the evacuation of more personnel due to escalating risks. “Our workers and the Iranian staff are showing courage,” Likhachov told TASS, “but we are a few steps away from an emergency situation.”
