Iran Threatens US Strike Under UN "Self Defense" Clause Following “Brutal Military Aggression”

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites as “brutal military aggression” and declared that retaliation is being considered. He asserted Iran’s right to respond under the United Nations Charter’s self-defense clause. Araghchi also accused President Donald Trump of betraying Iran and deceiving the American people.
